Our platform and processes are optimized for Webflow so we do not support Wordpress / Shopify websites. We will however be happy to rebuild your website in Webflow without any compromise in functionality or design.

For non Webflow websites, we charge a one time build out fee depending on the extensiveness of your website. You can also use the opportunity to get a fresh design or facelift to your website since we will be rebuilding your site from scratch in Webflow. Subject to the extensiveness of your website, your new Supersites websites can take anywhere between 4-12 weeks. Large websites can take much longer. Please contact us to discuss your project to get more accurate estimates.

Any request for change or support on the website qualifies as a support ticket.

You can submit as many support tickets as you need. Depending on your plan, we will work on upto 6 support tickets simultaneously. Please refer to the pricing table to see how many simultaneous support tickets are supported on your plan.
